Although I really do love cooking and making delicious food that takes time, there are some times when all you want is chocolate pudding and you have to have it NOW!
So here is a delicious chocolate pudding recipe that takes only minutes in the microwave.
Choc Fudge Sauce
6 tablespoons Golden Syrup
4 tablespoons double cream
115 g light brown soft sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa
115g light soft brown sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
175 g SR Flour
4 tablespoons milk
For Fudge Sauce:
Place all ingredients in Rice Cooker Plus or Classic Batter Bowl and cook, covered 1 ½ mins. Remove and whisk until smooth.
Put butter in microwaveable dish and melt in microwave for 1 -1/2 mins
Add remaining ingredients and whisk together.
Using a scoop, scoop sponge mixture on top of fudge sauce; spread evenly.
Microwave covered (if using Batter Bowl don’t seal top as no vents), for 5-6 minutes until sponge well risen and fine skewer comes out clean. Don’t overcook, it should be moist.
Remove and stand for 5 minutes.
Loosen round edges with a knife and invert over large plate.
Serve with ice cream or crème fraiche.
